Lee was very helpful as the first order arrived damaged. A second item was replaced by Lee and although post was very delayed , again Lee was very helpful throughout. Item is very pretty and I’m sure my daughter will love it.

I ordered these last minute, as I felt my wedding flowers were too good to just have for one day, and wow Lee delivered ! They are absolutely stunning and so much more than I imagined ! Lee helped match the background colour to what colour resin would complement them to make them pop. I just love them thank you !

Absolutely beautiful item, I had my friends wedding flowers preserved for her and she’s in love with the coasters! Amazing value as well for 4. Delivery took a little while but seller was great at getting back to me and answered every question I had. Would 1000% order from here again, absolutely worth the wait!

Item was perfect. Delighted with finished product. Please don't expect delivery as indicated by etsy.....these items are produced using your flowers and they need dried before the item can be made. If this part of the process is rushed, your coasters would look as well. Be patient with the producer and contact them directly if necessary.

I received my item and it is beautiful and as described. The only negative is that the shipping process was odd and the tracking added to my order continuously said “Label created” on Etsy. The item itself is pretty just note if you are an international buyer it will take months to receive

They were really well packaged in black tissue paper, in a lovely pink box. The coasters are just sensational - beautifully hand crafted and truly original. They are bigger than expected and look great in my home. I was also impressed with communication from Lee. Lee responds promptly & clearly cares about quality and delivery. A good experience with this seller & product, all round.
